Shipping and Handling:
We ship our products via U.S. Mail 1st Class(USPS) for
orders within the contiguous United States, and usually
ship within 2 business days (Monday - Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm
Eastern Standard Time). Transmit can take up to 10 business days to reach the West Coast and remote locations.
Shipments sent to Guam, Puerto Rico, and the Virgin Islands
are sent U.S. Mail, and usually ship within 1 business
day (Monday - Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm EST). Transmit can
take up to 5-10 business days for delivery.
Orders require up to 2 days for processing plus the additional
5 to 10 days transit time. All orders are packaged in
a brown box with a return address of "Alternative Health
Products."
International orders will be sent via "International" (ie. U.S. International Mail). Delivery Time may vary between 2-4 Weeks depending upon Destination Country. CUSTOMERS WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL IMPORT DUTIES AND TAXES.
Shipping Rates:
Shipping rates of $8.95 is an average shipping charges.
Does choosing Next Day mean my order will arrive tomorrow?:
No. Remember to add $7.00 for rush delivery and the availability time of your items. Most items will ship within 1 business day and arrive on the following business day--two business days total. Please also keep in mind that there is no weekend delivery for Next Day Service.
Order Confirmation:
When you complete your order, you'll receive your confirmation/order
number at the end of your check out process and an e-mail
acknowledging the receipt of your order.
